Objective: To study the highway toll staff this emerging occupation harm factor ofpopulation, the health and related occupation, provide a theoretical basis for promoting theoccupation population health. Method:1.Choose the object of study of590people, theexposure group260high-speed road Urumqi City toll collector,330patients in the controlgroup did not contact ray indoor workers. The working environment of highway tollstation2.Monitoring, including air pollution, radiation, dust, noise etc.3.Collection ofexposure group the year before radiation individual dose monitoring data, and occupationhealth examination on the research object. Results:1.High-speed road toll stations inindoor and outdoor air, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and total hydrocarbon overstandard rate is the highest, BAP and Pb concentration mean have not exceeded thestandard; environmental monitoringof radiation dose around the value of0.16Gy/h~2.47Gy/h.Total dustconcentration measurement, indoor and outdoor were0.28mg/m3and0.44mg/m3; noise monitoring strength of70.5~83.0dB (A), and the ratewas96%.2.Years of exposure group of individual dose monitoring results of0.12+0.0126mSv;department of internal medicine routine physical examination, abdominal ultrasound, ECG, X-ray films, Department of ophthalmology examination datashows the exposure group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05);3.Blood routine, urine routine data shows the exposure group and the control group had nosignificant difference (P>0.05); electrical audiometry, liver function and renal function ofthe results showed that the exposed group and the control group had significant difference(P<0.05); peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus ratedata showed that the exposed group and the control group was statistically significance(respectively33.973and13,P<0.001); exposure had statistically significant differencesbetween groups the different length of the chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate(respectively23.421,18.627,P<0.001); the exposure of chromosome aberration rateand micronucleus differences between groups of different ethnic groups had no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05). Conclusion: The survey of the high-speed road toll stations ofUrumqi city belongs to the moderate to severe pollution of jobs, but ray radiationmonitoring dose notexceed national standards; dust monitoring did not exceed nationalstandards, noise detection than the national standard. Occupational health examinationresultsshowed that the overall health professional is better, not found in dust, obviousoccupational injury ray caused, but the combined effect of exhaust exposure andionizingradiation and other occupational environment of Urumqi city highway charge populationof peripheral blood lymphocytes stained body effect of coloraberration rate andmicronucleus rate is significant, and no statistical significance chromosome aberrationdiscrepancy between male and female occupational groups, no significant differencesbetween the chromosome aberration nationaloccupational group, there were statisticallysignificant differences between thechromosome aberration of service group inoccupational population.
