different carotid artery pulsating inlet flow and internal and external carotid artery waveform export kinetics of blood flow distribution ratio in the carotid bifurcation pipe were simulated.Firstly, a human tuning fork carotid bifurcation TH-AHCB3D models were established by using Solidworks3D modeling software.Thennumrerical simulation the pulsating carotid artery blood flow field was carried out through commercial software Fluent. the different boundary conditions for Carotid inlet and outlet influence on Carotid artery, especially kinetic differences carotid sinus blood was investigated, from the perspective of the development of hemodynamic atherosclerosis in the impact analysis.The results show that the flow inlet and outlet pulsating distribution ratio has a significant impact on the carotid artery blood flow. changing the Inlet flow size not only alter the flow of the size of mechanical parameters (speed, pressure, wall shear stress, etc.), but also lead to changes in the scope of the mechanical mechanism of action. It is widely recognized that the wall shear stress (WSS) and scope is the important factor to promote the formation and development of atherosclerosis. low shear stress, high shear oscillations are promoting protein deposition of lipids, thus forming atherosclerotic plaques block.The high shear stress will lead to endothelial cells contacting with blood injury, which will promote platelet aggregation and adhesion,and then promote the formation of local thrombi. The internal carotid artery flow separation will lead to changes of lipoprotein levels in blood, which has a certain influence on the formation of atherosclerosis.Formation and pathogenesis of atherosclerosis is complex, and the formation of atherosclerotic plaque, causing internal carotid artery stenosis, plaque rupture, leading to stroke and even death.Different internal and external carotid outlet flow ratio have a great influence on separation area and location in Carotid sinus,Cardiac output ripple size will directly affect the flow of local low stress areas, Pulsating flow is reduced, resulting in increased low stress zone, thereby precipitating further plaque growth.
