| Objectives: This issue regards tonifying lung and qi as entry point to observe the clinic curative effect of Ke Min Qi Dan nasal spray with Yu Ping Feng San oral medication treating continuous and allergenic nasitis with lung qi deficiency and its effect to transferring function of nasal cavity mucosa cilium. Its effectiveness is evaluated and functionary mechanism is preliminarily discussed to further explore the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese herbs to allergenic nasitis with lung qi deficiency.Methods:60patients with allergenic nasitis with lung qi deficiency conforming to the research standard are randomly divided in to treatment group and control group with30patients each. Ke Min Qi Dan nasal spray with Yu Ping Feng San oral medication is used in treatment group and Mometasone Furoate nasal spray with Yu Ping Feng San oral medication is used in control group, and the treatment lasts2weeks. The changes and untoward effects of the two groups about nasal symptom, physical sign and constitutional symptoms are observed and recorded before treatment, on the seventh day of treatment and the last day of treatment. Time of saccharin experiment is also recorded before treatment and the last day of treatment, and the obtained data will be statistically analyzed.Results: With statistical analysis, we compare the integral of observation indexes of the two groups after treatment. Both of these two medicines can obviously improve nasal symptom and physical sign of patients with allergenic nasitis with lung qi deficiency, but the treatment effect to lung qi deficiency by Ke Min Qi Dan nasal spray is obviously better than Mometasone Furoate nasal spray. Both of these two medicines can decrease the time of saccharin experience and improve transferring function of nasal cavity mucosa cilium. After the14-days treatment, the total effective rates of the two groups are compared (treatment group is82.15%and control group is89.66%), and the result is P>0.05. There are differences in clinical effects before and after treatment, but there is no statistical significance. Ke Min Qi Dan nasal spray with Yu Ping Feng San oral medication and Mometasone Furoate nasal spray with Yu Ping Feng San oral medication are all effective to allergenic nasitis with lung qi deficiencyc with therapeutic equivalence.Conclusion: Ke Min Qi Dan nasal spray with Yu Ping Feng San oral medication has good curative effect to continuous and allergenic nasitis with lung qi deficiency. It can obviously improve symptom of lung qi deficiency and well control the clinical symptoms of allergenic nasitis. |
