Objective:1、Detection in patients with acute myocardial infarction and normalhealthy GP IIb/IIIa receptor expression, further testing in patients with STEMIand expression of IIb/IIIareceptor NSTEMI,to assess the risk of cardiovascularevents in patients with acute myocardial infarction and to guide clinicalanticoagulant therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction.2、Detect GP IIb/IIIa receptor antagonists in patients with acutemyocardial infarction CD62p expression inhibition rate to discuss GP IIb/IIIareceptor antagonist effects on platelets release reaction, in order to deepen theunderstanding of GPIIb/IIIa receptor antagonist, guiding the clinical use. Methods: According to include and exclude standard random collect Yijishanhospital affiliated to medical school in the south of anhui since December1,2012toDecember31,2013hospital of50cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)as experimental group, random collection of December1,2012to December 31,2013medical school affiliated Yijishan in southern anhui province hospitalphysical examination center of50cases of healthy subjects as control group. In the twogroups were not used GPIIb/IIIa receptor antagonists.Extraction of two groups ofpatients with fresh blood, testing the concentration of the two groups of GP IIb/IIIareceptor, and compare the two groups of GP IIb/IIIa receptor concentration, andcomparison test and concentration in the group of STEMI patients andNSTEMIpatients with GP IIb/IIIa receptor, applied SPSS19.0statistical software, usingtwo sample mean completely random design comparative analysis, t test, such as twosets of bad not neat, is adopted t ’inspection.Test group patients with fresh blood, adding different concentrations of IIb/IIIa receptor antagonist, detection rate of CD62pexpression, application SPSS19.0statistical software, each concentration IIb/IIIareceptor antagonists in the comparison of CD62p expression before and after using thesingle factor analysis of variance;Different concentrations IIb/IIIa receptor antagonistand its inhibition rate of CD62p relations the rank correlation analysis.Results:1、Comparison of50patients with AMI and general clinical data of50cases of healthy subjects, using the chi-square test and t test.General situation analysis:such as age, gender, body mass index, there was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05);The analysis of risk factors: smoking, blood pressure(systolic blood pressureand diastolic blood pressure), blood lipid(total cholesterol and triglyceride), bloodsugar, family history of coronary heart disease (CHD) and there was no statisticallysignificant difference (p>0.05);On the basis of analysis on clinical drug combination:aspirin, clopidogrel, modulation statin drugs, etc. There was no statistically significant difference (p>0.05).2、Comparison of50cases of AMI patients and50cases of healthysubjects GP IIb/IIIa receptor concentration, using t ’inspection. And the concentrationof AMI in STEMI patients and NSTEMI patients GP IIb/IIIa receptor, using t test.AMIpatients with GP IIb/IIIa receptor concentration significantly higher than the healthysubjects (206.78±31.13vs.108.29±14.35, p<0.001). The concentration of STEMI andNSTEMI patients GP IIb/IIIa receptors havestatistical difference (212.23±31.12vs192.78±27.43, p<0.05).3、 Comparison of50AMI patients with tirofiban (IIb/IIIa receptorantagonist)effect on the expression of CD62p rate, using single factor analysis ofvariance and correlation analysis. Adding5concentration for tirofiban was on theexpression of CD62p was inhibited, and with the increase of the concentration oftirofiban, inhibitory effect was enhanced. When tirofiban concentration≥100ng/ml, there was a statistically significant inhibition of platelet CD62pexpression, there is a positive correlation between concentration for tirofiban inhibitthe expression of CD62p (r=0.952, P <0.01).Conclusion:1、the expression of IIb/IIIa receptor in patients with acute myocardialinfarction was higher than that of normal people. Expression of STEMI in patientswith IIb/IIIa receptor was higher than that of the NSTEMI patients.2、when tirofiban concentration≥100ng/ml, IIb/IIIa receptorantagonists onplatelet release reaction inhibition.
