The Clinical Observation On Shujian Tongbi Decoction With Massage And Dirigation In The Treatment Of The Wind-cold-damp Type Certification Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective:Through the Shujian tongbi decoction with massage and dirigation clinical research for the treatment of the wind-cold-damp type certification of scapulohumeral periarthritis, To observe the clinical efficacy and safety, and explore the mechanism of action of combination of inside and outside of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis, To play a bigger role in traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:The90patients met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into A, B, C group,30cases in each group. Group A with Shujian tongbi decoction with massage and dirigation therapy, Group B with Qinchuan tongbi capsule with massage and dirigation therapy, Group C using simple massage and dirigation therapy.Three groups were treated for4weeks,Before treatment, after treatment are used Constant Murley score system to conduct a comprehensive assessment of shoulder function, And on the resulting data were statistically analyzed and compared. Summarize the efficacy of each group.Results:1. After4weeks of treatment, A, B two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), shows that A, B two groups have no difference in the curative effect. A, B groups in the daily activities, joint activity score and muscle strength, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Shows that group A in improving daily activities, joint activity and muscle strength aspects better than group B.A, B groups in the shoulder pain, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), Shows that A, B groups have no difference in improving shoulder pain.2.After4weeks of treatment, A, C two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the group A was better than group C in the curative effect. A, C groups in the shoulder pain,daily activities, joint activity score and muscle strength, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Shows that group A in improving shoulder pain,daily activities, joint activity and muscle strength aspects better than group C.3.After4weeks of treatment, B, C two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the group B was better than group C in the curative effect. Shujian Tongbi decoction and Qin Chuan tongbi capsule in the treatment of Wind-cold-damp type certification of scapulohumeral periarthritis have a better effect, the two groups have no difference in the curative effect.They can improve the shoulder pain, activities of daily living, range of motion, muscle strength and other symptoms and signs.2. Shujian Tongbi decoction and Qin Chuan tongbi capsule have a better effect than Simple massage and exercise in the treatment of Wind-cold-damp type certification of scapulohumeral periarthritis.3. On the basis of massage and exercise, the Shujian Tongbi decoction improve patient shoulder pain, activities of daily living, joint activity, muscle strength was superior Qinchuan tongbi capsules.4. Simple massage and exercise therapy Wind-cold-damp type certification of scapulohumeral periarthritis, partially improve shoulder pain, activities of daily living, range of motion, muscle strength and other symptoms and signs. 5. Shujian Tongbi decoction and Qin Chuan tongbi capsule had no significant adverse reactions,they have good security.
