Objectively using reverse engineering of medical image3D visualization and medical finite element method, with the help of Mimics14.0software, set up the thoracic lumbar segment vertebral body (T11-L3) and correspond to LI fracture3D finite element model. The model validation after the biomechanics analysis was carried out on the model, discusses thoracic lumbar vertebral fracture damage mechanism and to reset the bed hold reset treatment thoracic lumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods:Adult healthy male volunteers a selected as subjects, without the back injury history, thoracic lumbar disease history, and x-rays to rule out skeletal abnormalities, and sign the informed consent. Part of the thoracic lumbar spine (mainly for the T11-L3) for continuous spiral CT scanning, the obtained data in DICOM format and burn a CD. Will the data import medical3D reconstruction software modeling,3D entity model. To determine the model unit type, which gives the material properties, then the entity model import Ansys14.0finite element analysis software, the effectiveness is verified after under the bondage of boundary load on the model for biomechanical analysis.Results:1. Set up include the structure of the intervertebral discs, ligaments around T11-L23D finite element model, including58815nodes,227774units. The established model geometry shape lifelike, visual effect is good, convenient and suitable for network division biomechanical analysis.2. The model is effective after verification, the injury mechanism of this L1vertebral compression fractures is of great significance, with reset bed treatment thoracic lumbar vertebral compression fractures provide sufficient theoretical basis, beneficial to reset the bed of clinical promotion.Conclusion:1.The thoracic lumbar vertebral bodies (T11-L3) and thoracic lumbar segment L1fracture biomechanical characteristics of the3D finite element model is in line with the movement of the body, according to the normal human body basic information to build finite element model and the method is feasible, and the model validation and effective, can be applied to associated with spinal column chest waist section of other disease of the corresponding research.2.In using the reset bed when reset the bed should be high on fracture vertebral spines vertex.3.Small joint stress should be included in the analysis.
