Objective:Analysis of elderly (over60years old) in patients with cervical cancer before agedistribution, starting the clinical symptoms, treatment of auxiliary examination, complications, complications after treatment, clinical stage and treatment, to study theclinical treatment of choice. Methods:Collect January2013-December2013Jilin University First Hospital, bethune admittedline a clinical treatment of173patients with cervical cancer, the youngest is29years old,age at most72,60, as the boundary is divided into elderly group (>60years old) and theelderly group (age60years or less).Clinical data of Excel database building, the two groupsof patient’s age distribution and auxiliary examination before starting the clinical symptoms, treatment, complications and complications after treatment, clinical stage and treatment, using SPSS17.0software statistical analysis of clinical data, categorical data by chi-squaretest, inspection level (P<0.05)was statistically significant.Results:1. Elderly group with an average age of64.41years, the incidence was61~62yearsold;The elderly group with an average age of44.13years, the incidence was41to45yearsold.2. Starting clinical symptoms: Contact hemorrhages3cases of elderly patients and theelderly patients with43cases, two groups of patients with chi-square was calculated by thechi-square test=21.744, P <0.05, two groups of patients were compared with the differencewas statistically significant;16cases of irregular vaginal bleeding in elderly patients,47cases of elderly patients and two groups of patients with chi-square was calculated by thechi-square test=8.340, P<0.05, two groups of patients were compared with the differencewas statistically significant;Vaginal drainage (purulent blood liquid, the water that clean outrice), leucorrhea anomalies (more performance for secretions increase, white hemorrhagic, even can have a stench), waist sour backache, no obvious symptoms are similar between thetwo groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05).3. Treatment before the auxiliaryexamination: to compare the two groups of patients before clinical treatment of HPV, SCCA positive rate and analysis of two groups of patients on CT and MRI have near thepalace.HPV test results of two groups of patients were positive, two groups of comparison,SCCA check positive rate, statistical analysis (P>0.05, there was no statistically significantdifference, while CT and MRI examination before treatment is similar between the twogroups have statistical significance (P<0.05).4. Two groups of patients with complicationscomparative difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5. For the statistical analysis oftwo groups of patients with complications after treatment, P<0.05, the difference wasstatistically significant.6. Compared two groups of patients with clinical stage, clinical stageIIB-III comparative difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the other two groupsof patients were compared with clinical stage no statistically significant difference.7. Twogroups of patients with surgical treatment:(1) Simple surgical treatment in patients withclinical don’t earlier: stage IA1is similar between the two groups had no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05);Group-IB phase is similar between the two groups was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05);Acuity after IIA1stage patients unable to direct the surgical treatment, two groups of clinical data can’t statistics in the analysis.(2) Surgery+chemoradiationtherapy and neoadjuvant chemotherapy plus surgery plus radiotherapy treatment IIA1period,or less is similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);Don’t acuityIIA2period, the more similar between the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Two groups of patients with radiation therapy and the chemoradiation therapy, period don’t type IIA or less is similar between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Don’t>type IIA stage is similar between the two groups has no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Older women main center in61~62years of age.2. Older women patients startingclinical symptom is given priority to with irregular postmenopausal vaginal bleeding, don’tare mainly distributed in IIB-phase III clinical stage, stage later, larger lesions, itscomplication is more, many of the complications after treatment.3.Combined with CT andMRI findings of elderly patients with clinical stage, can avoid undertreatment and excessivestage, is conducive to the choice of treatment and prognostic evaluation.4. Clinical treatment:in elderly patients with carcinoma emphasizes individualized comprehensive treatment in theclinical treatment, preferred radiation therapy in clinical decisions, chemoradiation therapy.
