Objective:The purpose of this study was to discuss the influence factors ofsymptomatic cerebral vasospasm in patients with anterior communicating arteryaneurysms after endovascular embolization for the treatment.Method:Data were analyzed from70cases of anterior communicating arteryaneurysm patients enrolled in the Bethune first hospital of Jilin university, chisquare test and logistic regression were derived to analyze the influence factor ofsymptomatic vasospasm.Result: Through chi square analysis, symptomatic vasospasm was associatedwith Fisher grade, Hunt-Hess scale on admission, the operating timing.Symptomatic vasospasm was not associated with age, gender, history ofhypertension, the size of the aneurysm, stent assisted embolization, lumbar cisterndrainage.Through logistic regression,Fisher grade and the operating timing are theindependent influence factors of symptomatic vasospasm. Conclusion:According to the influence factors, choose the appropriate timeand way of intervention to obtain the ideal treatment effect. Further studies areneeded to see whether the stent assisted embolization is associated withsymptomatic vasospasm.
