Ginseng (Panax ginseng CAMeyer) is a Araliaceae perennial herb, which is a veryfamous Chinese medical herb and health products.People all over the world pay more andmore attention to it and it is known as the "King of Herbs". Recent pharmacological newresearch showed that ginsenosides have much of effective pharmacological activities, forexample, with good anti-fatigue, lowering blood pressure, hypolipidemic, blood glucose, inhibiting tumor cell growth, anti-aging adjusting the central nervous system, improvingimmune functions, and other extensive medical role, etc. Pharmacological effect because ofits good multifaceted, ginseng has been widely used in pharmaceutical, medicine, food, health care, cosmetics, tobacco and other industries. It has become a special function andhealthcareefficacyofrawmaterials.Ginseng has a lot of medicinal ingredients, mainly containing polyacetylene alcohols, peptides, polysaccharides, small amount of volatile oil, varieties of vitamins, flavonoids, saponins and other compounds as well as a variety ofmultiple micro-elements.Whereintheactive ingredient of ginseng total saponin content of about4%each saponins have a similarbasic structure, contain30carbon atoms are arranged by the tetracyclic Sterane steroidnucleus.According to the difference glucoside group architecture,it can be divided into thefollowing categories: protopanaxadiol type saponins, protopanaxatriol type saponins, oleanolic acid type saponins, ocotillol type saponins and other types of saponinginsenosides.Modern research shows that dammarane tetracyclic triterpenoid saponins saponin, including protopanaxadiol type of saponin and protopanaxatriol type saponins, its majormetabolic pathways of ginsenosides in the body are deglycosylation reactions, whichproduce the pharmacological effects of better secondary saponins and aglycone. However, due to secondary saponins and ginseng aglycone in which content is extremely low anddifficult to obtain, and this increases the difficulty for their pharmacological research and clinicalaspectsoftheapplication.Panax ginseng, which prefers to live in cool and humid climate and its cultivationconditions are extremely harsh. The traditional "deforestation planted ginseng"caused aserious irreversible damage to the surrounding ecological environment, such as soil erosion, land degradation and desertification, extinction of animal. The researcher, who is fromJi’an Yisheng Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd after years of exploration and practice, have beensparing no effort to plant the new products called”Non-forest ginseng”.The plan has beenproperly finished and has won initial success. This model will change the old traditionalPlanting model, protecting the environment, recycling of land. This can be a fundamentalsolution to the depletion of forest resources Ginseng production, ginseng farmers facingproblemsofunemploymentandsoon. In conclusion, this paper based on the Korean ginseng, ginseng and Ji’an non-forestginseng and three different origin of ginseng content, which are planted for six years andprovided from Ji’an Yisheng Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.Thecomparison ofthese three ginsengtotal saponins in difference, total polysaccharide, ginseng saponins content of each monomerand inorganic metal differences in terms of the elements. This paper provide a theoreticalfoundation for a wide range of non-forest cultivation, pharmacological research, new drugdevelopmentandclinicalapplicationforstudy.
