Objective:used the pharmacoeconomic evaluation method to analysis the cost effectiveness, to compare3chemotherapy for nonsmall cell lung cancer late, investigate3chemotherapy in the treatment of nonsmall cell lung cancer about the economics effect, provided the theory basis and suggestion for treatment of nonsmall cell lung cancer chemotherapy programmeon economic effective, according to maximize reasonable utilization of medical resources. Methods:This study used the retrospective survey method, randomly selected from the people’s Hospital of Jilin Province in2012January to2013May were diagnosed by pathology in71cases of nonsmall-cell lung cancer patients as the research object, according to the different chemotherapy,71patients were randomly divided into A, B, C group, A treatment group:Vinorelbine and cisplatin, Btreatment group:Docetaxel and cisplatin chemotherapyprogramme, C treatment group:Gemcitabine and cisplatin, method of pharmacoeconomic analysis the effect evaluation, carries on the analysis from the patients angle, to compare the3treatment group, provide the reference for clinical selection of effective chemotherapy. Results:The total effective rate of the three group were similar, Efficacy of three regimens are more precise. Byvisible cost-effectiveness(C/E)ratio analysis, the C/E of3group were224.4,255.2,310.3.Conclusion:Conclusions:A group(NP programme) cost effectiveness ratio (C/E) and incremental cost effectiveness (ΔC/ΔE) were the lowest in3group,Cgroup (GPprogramme) were the highest efficiency, but cost was also highest, the incremental costeffectiveness ratio was the highest too.The efficiency ofAgroup was not the highest, but costwas reasonable, so from the perspectives of pharmacoeconomics,3groupof chemotherapy programme comparison, A group in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer was more economic and effective chemotherapy...
