Accordingly, to guide the clinical practice and to promote and implement this new therapyMethod:60patients conformming to hypertension diagnostic criteria and TCM essence of liver Yang dialectical criteria were divided randomly into two groups.30pieces "dredging channels and harmonizing internal organs"group and30pieces auricular application group. Treatment group apply"dredging channels and harmonizing internal organs" therapy, one day one time, one day one time,15times is one course of treatment, go through two courses. matched group apply auricular application method, once every three days, treats rotation from ear to ear,5times is one course of treatment, go through two courses. Before and after treatment, both groups should measure clinical symptoms’ integal, blood pressure, nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelin (ET). Observe and record the change of overall effect, clinical symptoms, blood pressure, nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelin (ET), apply SPSS19.0statistical software deal with the data, proceed the comparison.Results:After treatment, dredging channels and harmonizing internal organs method to treatment group (30cases:7cases were markedly effective, effective20cases,3had no effect, the total effective rate was90%; Auricular application method of the control group30cases,3cases had marked effect, effectively and15patients,12cases ineffective, the total effective rate was60.0%. After statistics processing data before and after the treatment group in the treatment of clinical symptoms integral, blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure), nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelia (ET) had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dredging channels and harmonizing internal organs method is effective.
