Improve theclinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough, alleviate patient’s pain and economicpressures, form the paper at the same time, the treatment experience to share with theircolleagues.Method:60patients were randomly divided into treatment group30cases and controlgroup30cases. The treatment group given Chai Po cough soup100ml,2times, early, oralafter supper. The control group given oxygen compound armor that Ming capsule(manufactured by Daiichi sankyo (Shanghai) co., LTD, approved by the state H20033669,60/box)1,3times, every time2grain, oral after dinner. Treatment for2weeks. Every7daysreturn, clinical symptom score, to observe the change of clinical symptoms, tongue and pulsecondition.Result: From the treatment group and control group after treatment the overall curativeeffect, treatment group total effective rate was90.0%, including clinical control in5cases,12cases had marked effect,10cases were effective, ineffective3cases; The control group totaleffective rate was76.7%, including clinical control in2cases,6cases had marked effect,effectively and15cases,7cases of invalid. Two sets of data by statistics (P <0.05, significantdifferences, the effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Chai Po cough soup in the treatment of chronic cough (liver depression andqi stagnation syndrome) clinical curative effect is better than that of oxygen compound armorthat Ming capsules.
