Objective: This study by observing changes in the efficacy and safety of indicatorsbefore and after the treatment of Behcet’s disease, the clinical efficacy between the twogroups were compared before and after treatment and group differences in recurrence andadverse reactions, the initial objective evaluation of TCM qi-boosting and toxin-resolvingtreatment of Behcet’s disease clinical efficacy and safety for clinical use of Chinese Qidetoxification treatment of Behcet’s disease provide a theoretical basis. Methods: The test of statistical2012.08-2013.11Affiliated Hospital of ShandongUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rheumatology outpatient and hospitalizedpatients meet the criteria of Behcet’s disease in40patients, randomized in a1:1ratio intoexperimental group and control group, the experimental group using TCM qi-boosting andtoxin-resolving rule is in addition and subtraction prescription for treatment and controlgroup selection thalidomide50mg/day treatment course of two months, the efficacyendpoint of Behcet’s disease, clinical symptoms were observed efficacy endpoint aftertreatment and laboratory parameters; and followed three months of observation recurrenceand adverse reactions and so on.Results: The experimental group and control group, no significant difference (P>0.05) after treatment efficacy in Behcet’s disease, clinical symptoms and laboratory tests, the recurrence rate in the test group and the incidence of adverse reactions with the controlgroup was significantly differences (P <0.05), than the control group. Conclusion: The use of Chinese Qi detoxification treatment of Behcet’s diseaseachieved good effect, and effectively reduce the number of relapse, compared with Westernmedicine is good long-term efficacy and good safety, worthy of clinical application. |
