| Objective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety from clinical aspects of thetreatment of bronchopneumonia in the style of Tan Re Bi Fei in children, and to explore itsmechanism, in order to make better use of Chinese medicine treatment, which will furtherpromote the clinical effective prescription.Methods: According to the "guidelines for TCM diagnosis and treatment of childrenpneumonia type" diagnosis standard of phlegm heat obstructing the lung, the childrenwere divided randomly into two groups by the ratio of1:1,67cases in the experimentalgroup were treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine;67cases in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine. Made aclinical observation table, record the symptoms changed daily. After observation whichlasted7days, draws the conclusion by statistics.Results: The total curative effect evaluation: the total effective rate in treatment group was98.5%, markedly effective rate was75.4%, the control group was88.9%, markedlyeffective rate was39.7%, P <0.05, there was significant difference, the total effective rateof treatment group and markedly effective rate was significantly better than the controlgroup. The TCM syndrome curative effect: treatment group in improving the fever, cough,sputum, wheezing, pulmonary rales and chest X-ray were significantly better than thecontrol group, P <0.01. Occurrence of adverse reactions rate evaluation: the treatmentgroup of1.5%, mainly for the mild diarrhea, reasons for children with mothers to increasethe dose induced, according to plan after dose administration diarrhea symptoms graduallyease; laboratory safety indicators before and after the treatment, the treatment group andthe control group differences were0%, treatment group of adverse reaction rate than the control group had no evident difference.Conclusion: Significant to the first party bronchopneumonia effect. It is in theimprovement of symptoms, shorten the course of treatment, with safe, convenient. Duringthe test, no drug reaction, indicating that it is safe and non-toxic. |
