The Effect Of Xino Enema On Endotoxingna,Serum Ammonia And NCT-A Of Liver Cirrhosis Patients With Minimal Hepatic Encephalopathy

Objective: This paper mainly studies the influence of Xingnao enema on endotoxin,serum ammonia and NCT-A of liver cirrhosis patients with minimal hepaticencephalopathy, thus determining the treatment effect of Xingnao enama.Methods:70clinical cases based on the accepted standard are enrolled and dividedrandomly into two groups: the combined treatment group (35cases) and the control group(35cases). Two groups of patients are dealt with the same basic treatments, includingresting in bed, regulating the protein diet, using only glutathione as liver protectant, andapplying nucleoside analogues to HBV anti-viral therapy, avoiding interferon. Accordingto the patients’ specific condition, patients with acid base imbalance and electrolytedisturbance will be given correction, and patients with infection will be given anti-infectivetherapy. The two groups of patients should avoid other hepatic encephalopathy medicinesand liver protectants during the treatment period. Patients in the control group take15mllactulose three times a day. In addition, patients in the combined treatment group take100ml Xingnao enema(made by Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine) oncea day. The time of therapy for both groups lasts two weeks. The changes of NCT-A,endotoxin, and serum ammonia of the patients between pretherapy and posttreatment areobserved, and the treatment effect of Xingnao enema on liver cirrhosis patients withminimal hepatic encephalopathy is analyzed based on relevant statistical methods.Results: Significant effect（p<0.01）is showed in improving NCT-A, endotoxin, andserum ammonia of the patients in both groups. However, compared to the control group,the results of the combined treatment group are much better, and the difference isstatistically significant. Conclusion: Xingnao enema can improve neuropsychology and endotoxemia, andreduce serum ammonia of liver cirrhosis patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy,thus judging Xingnao enema can treat minimal hepatic encephalopathy of cirrhosis patients,which has no obvious adverse reaction and is worth clinical promotion.
