Objectives:According to the survey on the epidemiology of Changchun Citizens,this paper tends to learn about the features of hypertension in Changchun city, analyzethe main factors of hypertension related and its dangers, and provide scientific basisfor making the policy related to the hypertension prevention and taking the specificmeasures.Methods:In2013September.By the method of stratified random sampling, fourdistricts were chosen among every thirteen districts in Changchun, among which threeresidents committees were chosen randomly. Fifty families were chosen fromresidents committees. Using different statistical methods to analyze the results,measurement data to mean±standard deviation of that difference between the groupapplication of t-test and analysis of variance, count data applicationx2test, logisticregression analysis was used to screen independent significant factors of hypertension.Results:The survey shows that23.35%Changchun Citizens have got the diseaseof hypertension, and the number is23.9%in male while22.8%in female, there isno statistical difference between gender. The prevalence of hypertension in rural areais higher than it in suburb. As age rises, case rate also rises. Logistic regressionanalysis indicated that age, rural residents, drinking, daily excessive intake of meat,overweight and obesity is the risk of hypertension.Conclusion: The prevalence of hypertension in Changchun City is23.35%, Age,rural residents, drinking, daily excessive intake of meat, overweight and obesity is therisk of hypertension. We should focus prevention and control of hypertension on olderpeople, rural residents, the person who drinking regularly, overweight and obesity.Advocacy quit alcohol limit, healthy lifestyle behaviors and dietary patterns less meatand more fruits and vegetables.
