Results1.Bone marrow EPC phenotypic characterization M group expression of CD34/CD133positive rate rise in the K group (P<0.05)H,L,peripheral blood and bone marrowischemic myocardial expression of CD34/CD133positive rate were higher than in Mgroup (P<0.0or P<0.05);And H group is significantly higher than L group (P<0.01).2.The bone marrow, peripheral blood and ischemic myocardial EPC number M isbone marrow EPC number K group increased significantly (P<0.05)M group of peripheralblood and ischemic myocardial EPC number compared with K group, no significantdifference (P>0.05);H, L, peripheral blood and bone marrow ischemic myocardial EPCnumber significantly higher in the group M, K group (P<0.01), H a L group is moresignificant (P<0.01).3.The peripheral blood and ischemic myocardial EPC that NO supernatant fluid, Mgroup of peripheral blood t-PA content and ischemic myocardial NO levels were lower inthe K group (P<0.05);H group, the content of NO and t-PA L group were significantlyhigher than that of K group (P<0.01or P<0.05);And group H content of peripheral bloodand ischemic myocardial NO more pronounced in the L group (P<0.01).4.The bone marrow and peripheral blood of VEGF, SDF-1ɑ peripheral blood level ofexpression of VEGF expression in M group was obviously higher than that of K Group(P<0.05);H group, L group bone marrow and peripheral blood of VEGF and SDF-1expression levels were significantly higher than that of group M (P<0.01);And group Hincreases more significantly (P<0.01).5.The bone marrow and peripheral blood EPC MMP-9immunoblot banding analysisEPC MMP-9M group of bone marrow and peripheral blood protein expression weresignificantly higher in the K group (P<0.05);H and L group of bone marrow and peripheralblood EPC MMP-9protein expression were significantly higher in the M group(P<0.01);And group H increases more significantly (P<0.01or P<0.05).6.The bone marrow and peripheral blood EPC sKitL immunoblot banding analysisEPC sKitL M group of bone marrow and peripheral blood protein expression weresignificantly higher in the K group (P<0.05);H and L group of bone marrow and peripheralblood EPC sKitL protein expression were significantly higher in the M group (P<0.01);Hand L group was no significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionKidney invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine can activate MMP-9signal path, increasing its upstream signal VEGF and downstream signal SkitL expression level, thereby EPC mobilization of bone marrow into the blood circulation, repair thedamaged endothelial play a role of "transplant" itself. Electrocardiogram curative effect comparison of kidney invigorate the circulationof Chinese traditional medicine group efficiency38.89%, the total effective rate was83.33%;Control efficiency of11.11%, the total effective rate was61.11%.The rank andinspection,two group total effective rate had significant difference (P<0.05).3. The MMP-9change after2weeks comparing kidney invigorate the circulation oftraditional Chinese medicine treatment group expression of MMP-9levels compared withbefore treatment, significantly reduced (P<0.01);Compared with the control group aftertreatment, significantly decreased (P<0.05). 4.CRP changes comparing kidney invigorate the circulation of the traditional Chinesemedicine treatment group after2weeks CRP expression levels compared with beforetreatment, significantly decreased (P<0.01);Compared with the control group aftertreatment, no significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionKidney invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine can inhibit the AMIpatients serum levels of MMP-9expression level, and can improve clinical symptoms inpatients with myocardial infarction.
