Objective Use Full Depth Image Optical Coherence Tomography toacquire the image of myopia patient with different degree, analyze thecorrelation between both of the posterior vitreous detach and subfovealchoroidal thickness and the myopia degree. Method The research include of250myopia patients (500eyes) with different degree, who finished all of theexamination before the LASIK operation and without abnormal findings, fromMar of2013to Dec of2013. Every patient acquired the examination of the FullDepth Image OCT. All patients were divided into five groups according torefractive.0.00D<A≤-2.00D、-2.00D<B≤-4.00D,-4.00D<C≤-6.00D,-6.00D<D≤-8.00D,-8.00D<E,every group included100eyes. The correlationbetween both of the posterior vitreous detachment and subfoveal choroidalthickness of and the myopia degree was analyzed. Result We find that, in thecase of PVD, there is no statistical difference between group A and group B; butthere is statistical difference between group B and group C, group C and groupD, and group D and group E. In the case of subfoveal choroidal thickness, thereis no statistical difference between group A and group B, also group B andgroup c; but there is statistical difference between group C and group D, and group D and group E. Conclusion Full Depth Image OCT is useful tool forobserving vitreous and choroidal thickness. According to our observation, thereis significant correlation between PVD and the myopia degree when the myopiadegree exceeding4.00D; and there is significant correlation between thesubfoveal choroidal thickness and the myopia degree when the myopia degreeexceeding6.00D.
