Objective: The essay is to to observe clinical curative effect of the acupuncture inter-vention of sub-health state to sleep disorder subsequent effect and comparing withmassage, drug intervention method.The research is to to observe acupuncture manipul-Ation intervention of sub-health state of sleep disorder subsequent effect. Methods:the clinical trials using randomized, controlled method, which will be included in thestandard of95cases of sub-health state to sleep disorders, were randomly divided into3groups, and random selection of acupuncture, massage and drugs to treat,4weekstreatment and observation, observe track again30days after treatment.Through therecord before and after treatment and30days after the treatment degree of PSQI score,sleep time scores. Performing statistical analysis to evaluate sleep disorder before andafter treatment, to determine the clinical curative effect. Results:30days after thetreatment, acupuncture, massage group, drug group total effective rate70.00%,35.48%,34.48%, three groups total effective rate had significant difference comparedwith statistical significance (P <0.05).30days after the treatment with three groupsbefore treatment, PSQI score difference total sleep time integral differential:acupuncture group> the massage group> drug group with the control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the Safety aspects acupuncturegroup and drug group each have2cases with adverse reactions, there are1case withthe control group.After statistics analysis, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). conclusion:From the three groups of treatment before and afterthe treatment period, sleep time scoring, Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI)score improvement, three methods of sub-health state intervention in patients withsleep disorders can significantly reduce the sleep time态prolong the sleep time andreduce the PSQI score. But30days after the treatment the improvement better thancontrol group and the drug group. That acupuncture group after the treatment still hasgood effectiveness and no obvious adverse reactions.
