At the second stage of research, the first hand data is collected by a survey and the result of questionnaire investigation is analyzed with SPSS20.0.According to the result of investigation and data analysis, several research conclusions are drawn and hypotheses are adjusted. Here are the main conclusions:in comparison with patients’ demand, knowledge servers play a more important role on medical knowledge transfer. Knowledge factor is beneficial to patients’ satisfaction of knowledge, while it has no significant effect on patients’ satisfaction of platform. Situational factors of platforms can well explain the knowledge transfer effect. And patients from mobile terminals have higher satisfaction than those from desktop PCs.At last, the dissertation points out the limitation of this research and the future research direction. |
