ObjectiveTo investigate early Bacillus calmette-guerin vaccinated inhibit expression Calcium-activated Chloride Channels3in mouse models of asthma.MethodsBacillus calmette-guerin vaccinated C57BL/6neonatal mice.sensitized and challenged by ovabumin (OVA) later, The expression of Gob-5protein in the lung were measured by reverse western blot.The expression of Gob-5and MUC5A were explored by immunohistochemistry.ResultsThe expression of MUC5AC and Gob-5were significantly inhibitd in lung tissue of asthma mice. ConclusionSubcutaneous BCG in early life significantly inhibited the expression of MUC5AC and Gob-5protein in the lung tissue of asthma mice.
