| Objective: By detecting the levels of IL-17in the patients with systemic lupuserythematosusã€pSS and RA, to study the relativity and clinic significance of the IL-17withthe three common rheumatismMethods: We collected a total of40case RA patients,30case SLE patients,32casepSS patients,at the same time,we collected a total of20healthy people examined in ourhospital as a control group. We analyzed the data, which is the levels of IL-17detectedby ELISA and other laboratory data of peripheral blood, through statistics. Results: The levels of IL-17in patients with SLE were no significant difference thanthose of the healthy control group. The levels of IL-17in patients with RA were significantly increased than those of thehealthy control group. The levels of IL-17in patients with pSS were higher than those of the health controlgroup, but there was no significant difference. The level of IL-17has positive correlation with the level of the A-CCP in patientswith RA.The level of IL-17has no correlation with the other labs in patients with SLE andpSS.Conclusion:The levels of IL-17in patients with RA were significantly higher than the healthycontrol group, which showed IL-17may be involved in the pathologic process; the levels of IL-17were positively correlated with the levels of A-CCP in the patients with RA,which showed IL-17may be involved in the process of destruction of bone. |
