Objective: Study the ultrasonic elastography characteristics of normal testicular tissue, comparing the difference between the bilateral testicular parenchyma strain rate.Explorethe ultrasonographic characteristics of testicular tissue lesion ultrasound elasticityimaging, by comparing the pathological changes of testicular tissue and normaltesticular tissue ultrasonic elastography ultrasonographic characteristics of difference, testicular diseases diagnostic rate and its accuracy is improved further.Method:40cases of normal testicular routine ultrasound examination, record the size、echogenicity and blood supply of the testis, Then ultrasound elasticity imagingexamination, to observe the testicular ultrasound elastography ultrasonographiccharacteristics;Measurement of bilateral testes substantial area of strain rate.14cases ofpathological changes of testis also first routine ultrasound examination, record the size、echogenicity and blood supply of the testis. Then, to observe pathological changes oftesticular ultrasound elasticity imaging ultrasonographic characteristics and record theelasticity of the score evaluation of pathological changes of testicular lesionsarea.Compare the pathological changes of testicular tissue and normal testicular tissueultrasonic elastography ultrasonographic characteristics of difference, further induction, summarizes the pathological changes of testicular ultrasound elasticity imagingcharacteristic ultrasonographyResult:(1) Normal testicular ultrasound elasticity imaging of ultrasonography essence central area is given priority to with green, and the edge area is given priority to withblue, and in visible red surrounding surrounding the testicular essence;Centre and theperipheral area area of the strain rate ratio is about0.57±0.12. Bilateral testes of strainrate did not see obvious difference.(2) Ultrasonic elastography can reflect the relativestiffness of testicular pathological tissues, and lesions has its own elasticity imagingcharacteristics of different etiologies. Conclusions: Ultrasound elasticity imaging techniques to assess therelative stiffness of testicular tissue, although abnormal group only part of the disease, but the application of ultrasound elastography in these diseases, for the ultrasounddiagnosis and differential diagnosis of testicular diseases provides a new method.
