Clinical Observation Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Postpartum Rheumatism

Objective/objection:By observing the clinical data of patients with postpartum rheumatism which were treated by the method of syndrome differentiation, to explore the efficacy and safety of the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.Methods:57cases of patients with postpartum rheumatism who met the inclusion criteria were divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the control group, both groups contains four syndromes:qi and blood deficiency syndrome, the wind cold dampness syndrome, blood stasis and kidney deficiency syndrome. Chinese medicine group, a total of31patients with Chinese medicine decoction treatment, control group, a total of26patients with proprietary Chinese medicine (QuFengZhiTong capsule)treatment, four weeks as a course of treatment, and totally observed three courses. contrasted the changes between before and after treatment with the two groups and their own, and analyze of the changes with Statistical software.Results:Through clinical observation, the data of treatment group and control group have different degrees of improvement compared with before treatment. Chinese traditional medicine group total effective rate was96.77%, the control group total effective rate was61.54%, the Chinese traditional medicine group are obviously superior to the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions:the clinical symptoms of postpartum rheumatism could be effectively improved by Chinese medicine treatment based syndrome differentiation, and It’s safe.
