The Clinical Observation Of TCM And Western Medicine On Treating The Kidney Essence Deficiency Type Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS) Accompanied Hyperandrogenism

Objective:Through this clinical research, to observe the curative effect observation of TCM periodic therapeutic with insulin sensitization agent on treating the kidney essence deficiency type of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) accompanied hyperandrogenism.Explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and provide a theoretical basis and treatment methods for clinical treatment.Method:Collecting the patients of PCOS accompanied hyperandrogenism and metting the inclusion criteria with108cases, they are randomly divided into two groups,54cases in each group,treatment group treating TCM periodic therapeutic,western medicine group treating with Diane-35. The patients with insulin resistance or hyperinsulinemia will be given with insulin sensitization agent. The two groups will be treated for3months. Observing the change of their kidney deficiency syndrome, hairiness,acne and BMI before and after treatment, respectively check serum luteinizing hormone (LH), folliele stimulating hormone(FSH),prolactin(PR L),testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),sex hormone binding globulin,(SH BG) dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS),and LH/FSH before and after trea tment.To observe the change of ultrasound ovarian volume and two treatments for clinical curative effect of ovulation with recovery.The obtained data by statist ical methods were used to determine the curative effect.Results:1.After the course of treatment, after treatment in the treatment group:12cases were cured,22cases markedly effective, effective11cases, invalid9cases, the total effective rate was83.3%. Control group:7cases were cured,19cases markedly effective, effective10cases, invalid18cases, the total efficiency of66.7%, there were significant differences (P<0.05);2.Self control:the two groups after treatment in patients with kidney deficiency syndrome were improved significantly (P<0.01). The two groups after treatment in patients with hirsutism, acne symptoms, body mass index (P<0.05) were improved. The two groups after treatment, T, LH, LH/FSH, A2values were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.01), the treatment group after treatment, E2, SHBG increased, DHEAS decreased (P<0.05) were statistically sigificant. The two groups after treatment in patients with ovarian volume were improved (P<0.05);3. Control group:after treatment,the LH, LH/FSH levels,the kidney deficiency symptoms between two groups, there was significant difference(P<0.01), the two groups after treatment T, E2, SHBG, DHEAS levels, hirsutism, acne symptoms had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM periodic therapeutic is one of the effective methods in the treatment of PCOS accompanied hyperandrogenism, it can effectively improve the hormone level in serum of patients with endocrine levels, reduce T, LH, LH/FSH, DHEAS, A2levels, improve the level of E2, improve patients with hirsutism, acne and other clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenism, can reduce the ovary volume at the same time, the improvement of polycystic ovaries. TCM periodic therapeutic can improve the endocrine environment with kidney deficiency, reconstrution of the menstrual cycle, ovulation.It is worth the clinical promotion.
