Surgical site infection (SSI) is by far one of the main hospitalinfection, about14.0%of all hospitalized patients infected-16.0%[1],toprevent and reduce the postoperative patients with wound infection rate,is an important topic of the health care workers.Objective:Look for ways to the operating room nursing intervention to preventbone wound infection, to strengthen the orthopaedic surgery to preventwound infection to provide effective and scientific nursing interventionprogram.Methods:To the hospital in July2013,2014-August1247orthopaedicsurgery patients as the research of diagnosis and treatment of cases, theoriginal cases were retrospectively investigation, statistics of diagnosisand treatment of patients in hospital operation period of the relevant data,analysis of risk factors and surgical incision infection do statisticalanalysis, the relationship between nursing interventions for the cause ofincision infection.Results:1247patients with bone surgery, postoperative wound infection in5cases, infection rate was0.4%, the analysis of the above risk factors andstatistical analysis to the relation of the surgical incision infection. The relationship between age factors and surgical site infections, there was nostatistically significant difference (P>0.05); The relationship betweenBMI and surgical site infection, there was no statistically significantdifference (P>0.05); Whether basic disease diabetes mellitus andhypertension, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);Preoperative antibiotic dosing and the relationship between the surgicalsite infection, the results show that the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05); Surgery last time length and the relationshipbetween the surgical site infection, the results show that the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05); After surgery and surgical siteinfection, the results showed there was no statistically significantdifference (P>0.05); For the cause of surgical wound infection nursinginterventions.Conclusion:The study found that in the orthopedic aseptic surgical woundinfection factor related preoperative skin preparation, preoperativeprophylactic antibiotic dosing time, duration of surgery, is the mainfactors affecting the operating room to prevent wound infection aftersurgery. Orthopaedic surgical wound infection is a result of the combinedaction of a variety of reasons, so on each aspect and each link of woundinfection prevention. Risk factors of each link the comprehensive nursingintervention measures, can effectively prevent postoperative wound infection patients, so as to improve the prognosis of patients and qualityof life, it is very important.
