Objective By detecting the expression of TMEM16A, PERK1/2andSTAT3ESCC, we tried to explore the inner correlation amongTMEM16A, PERK1/2and STAT3,and their relationship with ESCC,hoping to provide some basis for the diagnosis and prognosis ofESCC.Method In the study we collected61cancerous tissues and16normalprecancerous lesions from61cases who received the esophagectomyfrom June2013to June2014, who were hospitalized in the firstBethune hospital, Jilin University. The basic clinicalinformation of patients was collected by the medical records andtelephone follow-up. The61cases were divided into three groupsaccording to differentiation,11cases were in the welldifferentiated group,20cases in the moderately differentiatedgroup and30cases in the poorly differentiated group;Meanwhile,41cases showed the presence of lymph node metastasis, accountingfor67.2%of the total cases, and20cases without lymph nodemetastasis, accounting for32.8%; We detected the expression ofTMEM16A, PERK1/2, STAT3of cancerous tissues and normalprecancerous lesions through immunohistochemistry andwestern-blot analysis. The results were statistically analyzed bySPSS13.0software. Results The TMEM16A、pERK1/2、STAT31TMEM16A showed yellow or tanin different degree in both cancerous tissues and normalprecancerous lesions after immunohistochemical process; But theyhad higher level of expression in cancerous tissues(p<0.05) and thewestern blot showed the same result. In the study of degree ofdifferentiation, lymph node metastasis staging, three kinds ofprotein had relevance to the occurrence of ESCC in the terms ofdifferentiation and lymph node metastasis(p<0.05),The expressionof TMEM16A、pERK1/2and STAT31had certain inner relevance in theESCC cancerous tissues.Conclusion The TMEM16A、pERK1/2、STAT31showed higher level ofexpression in ESCC cancerous tissues,which indicated that theseprotein had certain relevance to the invasiveness, metastaticpotential and prognosis of ESCC.The expression of TMEM16A、pERK1/2and STAT31had certain inner relevance in the ESCC canceroustissues.
