The last 6months, the main place to find sexual partners(multiple choice) mainly in network, mobile phone software(72.33%), 63.93% of MSM with mainly casual sexual partners, more than 3 sexual partners accounted for 54.20%; The last 6 months happened with anal sexual behavior accounted for 89.69%, oral sex happened accounted for 70.99%,25.76% among MSM had heterosexual sex; There were differences between the last time sex condom use rate(χ2=455.677, P<0.05), oral sex condom use rate was the lowest; There were differences in the last six months condom use, homosexual commercial sex had the highest rate of each time condom use(χ2=466.340, P<0.05), the highest proportion of never use a condom was heterosexual sex(χ2=696.514, P<0.05),the highest proportion of sometimes condom use was homosexual anal sex(χ2=573.412,P<0.05); The main factors that influence the occurrence of unprotected anal intercourse were the number of sexual partners in 6 above, was 0.078 times than the number of sexual partners <3(95%CI 0.032 ~ 0.186);the park as the main places of choosing sexual partners was 3.536 times than not park based(95%CI 1.012 ~ 12.353); the first same-sex sexual behavior aged 25 years was 6.258 times than the first sexual age<25(95%CI 1.802 ~ 21.736), more likely to have unprotected heterosexual sex.The scores of physio-factor, psycho-factor, social relationship and envirenmental factor were 14.25±1.97, 13.88±2.08, 13.83±2.25, 12.32±2.27 respectively and the scores of total of quality of life(QOL) was 13.46±1.70. Multivariable linear regression analysis showed that the AIDS knowledge, the last year whether to accept a condom were the factors of physio-factor; the factors of psycho-factor were age, the park as the main places to find sex partners; the main factor of social relationship was look for sex partners in the park; the degree of culture, looking for sex partners in the park, recently six months whether had homosexual oral sex behavior, whether knew the health of sex partners. The objective support score, subjective support score and utilization of support and overall social support score were 7.44±2.50, 17.31±3.61, 6.80±1.65, 31.54±5.66 respectively.Multivariable linear regression analysis showed that marital status, recently six months whether had commercial homosexual sex, the age of the first same-sex sexual behavior, household registration, whether knew the health of sex partners were the factors of the objective support; the factors of subjective support were marital status, whether had homosexual oral sex behavior, the bathroom as the main place to find sex partners, the AIDS knowledge; the factors of utilization of support were age, household registration, the age of the first same-sex sexual behavior.Three canonical correlation coefficients were all statistically significant in canonical correlation of Quality of life and social support. The first canonical correlation coefficient r1=0.487, was a positive correlation, the contribution rate was74.94%; For the first pair canonical correlation variables, U1 was decided by subjective support, utilization of support;V1 was influenced by social relationship and envirenmental factor domain; the first canonical variables of social support explaind12.31% of the quality of life. Conclusion: HIV/AIDS related knowledge awareness among MSM was low, homosexual oral sex, heterosexual sex condom use was low, rates of unprotected intercourse was high, quality of life and social support condition were positively correlated, should be paid attention to.
