Theoretical Study Of Hospitalized Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Commonly Used Nursing Diagnoses, Outcomes And Interventions

[Background] In recent years, the rapid development of the nursing discipline, rose in 2011 for the first level discipline, this is the affirmation and support the future development of nursing, but also posed a challenge to the construction of the discipline connotation of nursing staff. The development of a discipline should first studied in theory, there should be a standard language belongs to own and can communicate to other disciplines. Nursing diagnoses,outcomes and interventions are the international standard languages,and they have been application and popularization in multiple countries around the world. use the nursing language is path to the future development of nursing care. Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a common disease and frequently encountered disease in our country, to the society and individual bring heavy economic burden,[Objective] To screen the most suitable nursing diagnoses, outcomes and interventions for coronary heart disease, to improve the quality of clinical nursing.[Methods] 1.Through access to books and translation for the latest edition of the north American international nursing diagnosis association (NANDA-I) of the revised Chinese version of 216 nursing diagnosis, and to develop a questionnaire; 200 heart medicine nurses from seven hospitals in nanjing were investigated, then 40 cardiovascular specialist nurses in Jiangsu were investigated for the results of the survey, finally combining experts and scores to determine the commonly used nursing diagnoses of coronary heart disease;2.Based on the book《The nursing diagnoses、outcomes and interventions linked》 and 《The Nursing Outcomes Classification》, Link with nursing diagnosis of nursing outcomes and indicators to sort, modify or delete a set as a questionnaire,14 heart care experts in jiangsu were investigated to determine coronary heart disease with common nursing outcomes and indicators;3.Based on the book 《The nursing diagnoses、outcomes and interventions linked》 and 《The Nursing Interventions Classification》, Link with nursing diagnosis of nursing interventions and activitives to sort, modify or delete a set as a questionnaire,14 heart care experts in jiangsu were investigated to determine coronary heart disease with common nursing interventions and activitives.[Results] 1.According to the questionnaire score screen out the top five nursing diagnosis: decrease in cardiac output, activities, no endurance, lack of knowledge, risk of constipation, anxiety and constipation, after consulting multiple clinical nursing experts, add the nursing diagnosis acute pain, six nursing diagnosis were screened; 2. Combining experts and scores to determine the coronary heart disease (CHD) commonly used 15 nursing outcomes, according to the Fehring model eventually determine 3 main nursing outcomes,12 secondary nursing outcomes; 3. Combining experts and scores to determine the coronary heart disease (CHD) commonly used 28 nursing interventions, according to the Fehring model eventually determine 26 main nursing interventions,2 secondary nursing interventions.[Conclusions]To screen out commonly used nursing diagnoses, outcomes and interventions for hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),with good validity which is beneficial to guide clinical nursing work, can be a reference for nursing education and promotes the development of nursing theory, is conducive to international communication.
