| Objective:The clinical test to observe the improvement of main symptoms and signs of pharynx of the wind evil invading lung laryngeal cough in childrenwith before and after treatment.Objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Sufeiliyan Decoction in treating laryngeal cough which pattern is wind evil invading lung in children,to further explore the machine and traditional Chinese medicineetiology disease method of treatment of laryngeal cough,in order to provide reference of Chinese medicine treatment of laryngeal cough in children.Methods:Methods randomized, parallel controlled clinical trial of thefollowing.In Yizheng hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2013 to December 2013 the treatment of 60 cases of qualified clinical data of patients with laryngeal cough, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 30 cases, control group 30 cases, the treatment group was given Sufeiliyan Decoction,the control group was given of Cefixime for Suspension.Clarityne 5 days for a course of treatment, continuously 2 a course of 10 days.The establishment of observation table, respectively in the two groups before and after the treatment of children with cough, throat itching,throat and other major clinical symptoms and pharyngeal hyperemia,pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia were recorded and score improvement of pharyngeal signs, the clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect and single effect using statistical software scientific analysis.Result:(1)Comprehensive evaluation of curative effect:treatment of 4 cases of clinical cure,11 cases markedly effective, effective 13 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.3%; control group cured 2 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective 11 cases, invalid 8 cases, the total efficiency of 73.3%. The rank test, P<0.01, there was significant statistically significant difference,the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.(2)Evaluation of main symptom efficacy:two groups after treatment, in the cough (P<0.05), itchy throat(P<0.05),dry throat improvement (P<0.05), the difference was significant, the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.(3)Evaluation of curative effect in two groups:pharyngeal symptoms after treatment, in thepharyngeal hyperemia (P< 0.05), pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasia (P<0.05)improvement, the difference was statistically significant, the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group (4)Safety evaluation:Treatment of two groups of children were not the occurrence of adverse events, the safety evaluation for the 1 level.That the party is safe and reliable, without any side effects.Conclusion:Sufeiliyan Decoction in treating laryngeal cough with the pattern of wind evil invading lung in children is effective prescription, can significantly improve children’s cough, throat itching, throat and other major clinical symptomsand pharyngeal hyperemia, pharyngeal lymphoid follicular hyperplasiapharyngeal symptoms, safe and convenient, low price, broad prospects for development. |
