Objective: Seek to create a normal human whole three-dimensional finite element model of the lumbar spine L1-L5 of the method and demonstrate and discuss their effectiveness in the given loadMethods: Screening of a healthy waist history of abdominal trauma, spinal deformity, history of spinal pain, degenerative diseases of the volunteers, row CT tomography, charge collected DICOM format image and save.According to the requirements of the image, select 303 images.Set target image definition of value and the threshold value, as far as possible to keep every fault on the CT images of basic consistent, up and down as much as possible to reduce the selected images of relative displacement and deflection.Among MIMICS software according to the different group of selected CT image grey value, by setting the image definition of value and threshold value, to get the required by the organization, and choose good CT image segmentation has step by step, eliminates the surrounding soft tissue and artifacts.This study will each vertebral body is identified as an independent image, the use of image segmentation technology to get the required model, during this time pay a lot of manual operation.Input of data into MIMICS software to generate three-dimensional images,three-dimensional image will import the Geo Magic Studio software, 12 to simplify,filling pore, remove characteristics, relaxation after a series of processing and repair theintersection area, the formation of five 3 d entity model of the vertebral body.The five lumbar spine three-dimensional entity model input finite element analysis software,Solidworks 2012 will be 5 vertebral reduction and organize the relative position of each vertebral body, build the intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus, such as fiber loop matrix and small joint model.The three-dimensional finite element model of lumbar input will complete the grids in Hypermesh, give material in Abuqas 6.12 software to imitate the normal activity of the lumbar spine, the L5 vertebral endplate under constraints, in L1 vertebral endplate give 2kg·m-2·s-2、4kg·m-2·s-2、6kg·m-2·s-2、8kg·m-2·s-2、10 kg·m-2·s-2load respectively make lumbar proneness, after stretching, the left side bending,left-handed, right, right, the average stiffness was calculated(kg·m-2·s-2、 / ゜), will be taking stiffness values are compared with the results as literature, to verify the validity of the create three-dimensional finite model.Results:(1)Created the L1 to L5 all normal human lumbar spine three-dimensional finite element model, a total of 55945 nodes, 297610 unit number, 2 mm mesh size.(2).Created by the three-dimensional finite element model of lumbar L1 to L5 highly lifelike, more close to reality, more reliable.(3)The experiments to create three-dimensional finite element model of lumbar spine to give 2kg·m-2·s-2、4kg·m-2·s-2、6kg·m-2·s-2、8kg·m-2·s-2、10 kg·m-2·s-2 load respectively make lumbar proneness, stretch,the left elbow, left-handed, bent on the right side, a right-handed, calculate the average stiffness values(kg·m-2·s-2、/ ゜) were 0.272, 0.472, 0.414, 1.076, 0.431, 1.374.Results in the midst of what other scholars study the average stiffness between the range of values.Conclusion: The experiments to create the three-dimensional finite element model of lumbar L1 to L5 is effective.Models with high simulation, closer to the truth, more reliable, and can be real reaction of the whole lumbar anatomical morphology.Help people understand lumbar segment disease of the spine biomechanics basis, can be used in normal model and operation model of the lumbar spine biomechanics analysis.
