Objective:1、To explore independent common risk factors and morbidity for the diagnosis of the type Ⅰ cardiorenal syndrome hospitalized patients by the international standards organization (AKIN) criteria.2、To explore independent common risk factors and morbidity for the diagnosis of the type Ⅱ cardiorenal syndrome hospitalized patients by AKIN criteria.Methods:Data were retrospectively collected patients with acute heart failure and chronic heart failure in the First Clinical Medical College of Kunming Medical University between December 2013 and December 2014.According to the acute kidney injury network (AKIN) standard of Ⅰ,Ⅱ type cardiorenal syndrome morbidity and risk factors of CRS for statistical analysis.Result:1、574 patients with acute heart failure, according to the diagnostic standard of AKIN to happen I CRS 137, incidence of 23.87%. Statistical analysis shows that the abnormal heart function, diabetes, high blood pressure, hemoglobin, potassium, CRP, troponin, myoglobin, Cys-c, admission creatinine,uric acid, urea nitrogen, the use of diuretics is for the diagnosis of the related risk factors for the type I CRS by AKIN criteria. Multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that the cardiac function (P=0.002), hypertension (P<0.001), the use of diuretics (P<0.001), troponin (P=0.002), Cys-C (P=0.007), admission creatinine (P<0.001), uric acid (P<0.001), urea nitrogen (P=0.033) were diagnosis standard type I of cardiorenal syndrome core independent risk factors for by AKIN.2,861 patients with chronic heart failure, according to the diagnostic standard of AKIN,Ⅱ type of 276 patients with CRS, incidence of 32.06%. Statistical analysis showed that age, heart function, hypertension history, history of COPD, diabetes history, history of congenital heart disease, heart disease history, hemoglobin, expanding blood potassium, calcium, CRP, troponin, myoglobin, BNP, Cys-c, admission creatinine, uric acid, urea nitrogen, EF, use of diuretics is sitting on a standard diagnosis type Ⅱ of cardiorenal syndrome related risk factors Multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that the cardiac function (P=0.012), hypertension (P<0.001), history of COPD (P=0.011), the use of diuretics (P= 0.011),hemoglobin (P=0.009), troponin (P=0.009) and CRP (P=0.009), potassium (P=0.026), Cys-C (P=0.039), admission creatinine (P<0.001), uric acid (P< 0.001), EF (P<0.001) was sitting on a standard diagnosis the type Ⅱ CRS core independent risk factors.Conclusion:1、Cardiac function, history of hypertension, the use of diuretics, troponin, Cys-C, admission creatinine, uric acid, urea nitrogen were the type Ⅰ cardiorenal syndrome independent risk factors by AKIN.2、Cardiac function, hypertension history, history of COPD, the use of diuretics, hemoglobin, troponin, CRP, potassium, Cys-C, admission creatinine, uric acid, EF were AKIN diagnosis standard the type Ⅱ cardiorenal syndrome independent risk factors by AKIN3、The same independent risk factors for renal syndrome of the type of Ⅰ, Ⅱ cardiorenal syndrome:history of cardiac function, high blood pressure, the use of diuretics, troponin, Cys-C, admission creatinine, uric acid by AKIN.
