Objective:Discussion CADM1 AGR2 and expression in the ureter cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods:Select 2005—2014 years after surgery ureter cancer 45 cases and the adjacent 16 cases of cancer, according to the 2009 TNM staging and differentiation UTUC tumor classification, by immunohistochemistry SP method to detect ureteral cancer and adjacent tissues in AGR2 of expression and CADM1.Results:AGR2 next ureter cancer and cancer tissue expression rate was 84.4% each and 37.5%(P<0.05); CADM1 next ureter cancer and cancer tissue expression rate was 44.4% each and 81.3%(P<0.05).The positive expression rate and intensity AGR2 ureteral cancer with increasing tumor grade increases, ureter cancer group well-differentiated group and poorly differentiated positive expression rate was 82.1% and 100% (P<0.05), respectively; in the ureter cancer TNM staging T1-2 and T3-4 positive expression rates of 84.4% and 92.3%(P <0,05), respectively. The positive expression rate and intensity CADM1 ureter with increasing pathological grade decline, ureter cancer and poorly differentiated group of high positive rates of 48.7% and 16.7%(P<0.05), respectively; in the ureter cancer TNM staging T1-2 and T3-4 positive expression rates of 37.5% and 7.7%(P<0.05), respectively.CADM1 AGR2 protein expression was negatively correlated (Kappa=-0.745, P=0.013).Conclusions:1. Degree staging" and differentiation AGR2 and CADM1 expression associated with ureteral cancer-TNM;2.Detection and ureter cancer AGR2 CADM1 express ureter cancer clinical prediction the prognosis.
