Application Of Pedicle Nail Treatment Of Adolescent Lumbar Spondylolysis Lamina Hook System Of Clinical Research Influence On Adjacent Lumbar Spinal Motor Unit

Objective: Research on application of Pedicle Screw composite Lamina Hook fixation system plus isthmic bone graft fusion( PSLH) treatment of adolescent lumbar spondylolysis postoperative effects on adjacent lumbar segmental motor unit. And to further explore the clinical curative effect of the operation, as well as the research process of lumbar spondylolysis, pathological mechanism, clinical characteristics, treatment and surgical treatment of surgical exploration and discussion about its development. Thus for the surgical treatment of adolescent lumbar spondylolysis system, scientific, objective clinical basis.Methods: Adopt the method of retrospective study, collected during October 2014 to October 2012 in shandong university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine spine orthopaedic hospital treatment of 32 patients with lumbar spondylolysis, clinical results with Brown bone graft fusion standard of evaluation standard, Henderson, lumbar lordosis Angle and over through a flexor lordosis Angle difference, Pfirrmann grading standards, visual analogue scale(VAS) and lumbar back, lower limb dysfunction score(ODI), etc.Result: All through the surgical treatment and patients were followed up 1 year after surgery, the quality of life were significantly improved. After 3 months of conventional CT examination, according to Brown, bone graft fusion evaluation standard, the spondylolysis union bone graft fusion rate was 96.88%. The last follow-up of patients with postoperative pain reduced or disappeared, according to the Henderson standard, fine rate was 96.88%. After a year with the visitor, through X-ray measurement of lumbar thrust forward Angle compared with MRI to determine Pfirrmann grading, lumbar physiological curvature has no obvious change, adjacent segment disc degeneration was not found. Preoperative and postoperative follow-up(at the end of the time), the ODI index respectively(80.70.32 + /- 3.32) % and(10.03 + /- 1.74) %, VAS evaluation respectively(7.25 + /- 0.62) and(0.56 + /- 0.56), the statistical t test, there is significant difference statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Pedicle screw lamina hook fixation system plus isthmic bone graft fusion treatment of adolescent lumbar spondylolysis high security, small trauma, shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding, and not cause postoperative adjacent segment degeneration of intervertebral disc, not affect patients with lumbar range, clinical effect is remarkable, surgery is the treatment of adolescent lumbar spondylolysis effective method and deserves popularization.
