Efficacy Of Jianpi Qushi Decoction In Treating Pixu Shisheng Type Of Chronic Hepatitis B And The Influence On T Lymphocyte Subsets

Objective:Observation of Jianpi Qushi Decoction in treating Pixu Shisheng type of Chronic Hepatitis B clinical curative effect and T Lymphocyte Subsets in peripheral blood of influence,to explore the influence of Jianpi Qushi Decoction on Pixu Shisheng type of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B immune function.Method:In 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of chronic hepatitis B patients with Pixu Shisheng type as the object of study,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(30 cases),experimental group received conventional therapy plus oral spleen dampness liver soup, the control group received routine liver treatment,treatment time was 12 weeks for patients, their symptoms and signs, liver function, HBV-DNA,T cell subsets as the main observation indexes, were observed and compared.Result:1.Jianpi Qushi Decoction can improve symptoms and signs, the curative effect is obviously better than that of the control group(p<0.05);2.Improved significantly in patients with ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, TBiL and so on, there is significant difference before and after treatment(p<0.05), and the effect of experimentalgroup significantly better than the control group(p<0.05);3.A significant improvement in patients with HBV-DNA levels, compared with the control groupalso had significant difference(p<0.05);4.The Jianpi Qushi Decoction for patients T cell subsets CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + significant regulatory role, can regulate the immune status of the patient(p<0.05).Conclusion:The Jianpi Qushi decoction is an effective prescription in treating Pixu Shisheng type of Chronic Hepatitis B,the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of patients adjusted has significant therapeutic effect,can adjust the immune function of patients, and long-term maintenance treatment effect.
