Objective: to study the circadian rhythm of Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation, Diseuss the link between Zi wu liu zhu time rule and persistent atrial fibrillation and the co-nnection between the circadian rhythm changes.Method:A retrospective analysis of clinical data and dynamic electro cardiogram(ecg)In March 2012 to October 2014 in shan dong province hospital of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram examination and diagnosis of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation, Record the age,the clinical etiology characteristic, Record time of Each index record dyn-amic electrico cardiogram(ecg) of atrial fibrillation patients. Including rapid heart rate, slow heart rate and the average heart rate,the long R-R,And each model of ventricular a-rrhythmia,(ventricular premature beat、Pairs of ventricular premature beat、Ventricular tachycardia and so on).To observe the heart rate variability time-domain indexes, including: SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、HRV,According to the theory of Zi wu liu zhu time rule, 24-hour circadian rhythm timing method denoted:12 two-hour periods. And application PEM-S3.1 statistical software SPSS17.0 software package and the Chinese medicine time corres-ponding to statistical analysis to the various index,To looking for persistent atrial fibrillat-ion change characteristics of circadian rhythm.Results: 1.60 patients with atrial fibrillation: male 65%, female 35%; 41 ~ 60 years old was 25%, more than 60 to 71.6%. The cause analysis results show that: Senile af was 68% 、Hypertension35%、coronary heart disease30%、diabetes23% and 8.3% of zephyr,cor pulmonale by 5%. 2.Comparison the fastest and the slowest and average heart rate of patients isSignificantly higher than the night during the day,All have significant difference(P < 0.05).3.The circular distribution statistical analysis:Various types of ventricular arrhythmias、long R- R Attack at 0:00 peak time scope: ~ 01:00, during 24 hours, Corresponding to the 12 hour house category. 4. Atrial fibrillation SDNN, RMSDD than normal reference value increased obviously, There are significant difference(P < 0.05);SDANN and HRVindex than normal reference value has no obvious difference(p > 0.05); SDANN and RMSSD daytime and at night there was no significant difference compared(P > 0.05);SDNN value is significantly higher than the night during the day, there are significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1. Older age, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes is the main cause of persistent af. 2.Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation and normal person have the same changes of Low night and day, high rhythm. 3.in patients with persistent af increased vagus nerve tension could be the main cause of long R- R. 4. Persistent atrial fibrillation is an obvious circadian rhythm of Ventricular arrhythmia, long R- R,Their attack peak in the midnight, with the match of Chinese medicine: "heart, between Japan and China hui, midnight, daylight is static" theory. 5. The overall level of autonomic nerve damage in patients with atrial fibrillation, vagus nerve tension increased obviously. Atrial fibrillation in patients with sympathetic nerve tension has increasing trend at night, But increased vagus nerve tension at night than during the day, night severe autonomic nerve lost balance.
