Pharmacodynamic Study Of Hemp Seed And Its Compound On Hypolipidemic And Antioxidant Actions

Hemp seed is the dry ripe seeds of Cannabis sativa L., and it is traditional Chinese medicine which has both high medicinal value and high nutritional value. It is recorded in the calendar version of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia",which has a laxative effect, nourishing Yin and Qi; it is often used for treatment of dry constipation and blood loss. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that hemp seed has anti-aging, anti-oxidation, anti-thrombosis, lowering blood pressure, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and other physiological activity. Hemp seed is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, long-term consumption of a good role of adjuvant therapy for hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease, paralysis and other diseases. Based on the mixed hyperlipidemia rat model and the Dgalactose oxidative damage mice model as the subjects,this paper systematically discusses the hemp seed and its compound preparations for a animal model of the influence of the main biochemical indexes in blood and liver,and provides experimental basis for development and utilizatipn of two kinds of drugs.1.High fat diet was used to create a hyperlipidemia model,and SD rats were randomly divided into 9 groups: a normal control group, hyperlipidemia model group, hemp seed oil of high, medium and low dose group, the compound of high, medium and low dose group and Xuezhikang group, the serum TC, TG, HDL-C,LDL-C,SOD,MDA,ALT,AST and liver SOD and MDA were detected. HE staining was used to observe the microscopic structure of the rat liver, discusses the hemp seed and its effect on the compound for the treatment of hyperlipidemia and its mechanism of action. Experimental results show that hemp seed and compound have good lipid-lowering effect on hyperlipidemic rats, but also have good liver protection, and its mechanism may be related to improving lipid metabolism and enhancing the body’s antioxidant capacity, the hemp seed and compound hemp seed in reducing serum TC, TG level are alike, the effects of compound hemp seed in improving serum HDL-C and reducing serum LDL- C levels are better than hemp seed.2.Construction of D-galactose glucose injury in mice induced by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose, the serum MDA, 8-Isoprostane, SOD, GSH-PX, protein carbonyl,GSH, liver MDA,SOD,GSH-PX,and brain MDA、SOD、GSH-PX were detected. The results are that the hemp seed and compound of hemp seed on oxidative damage in mice induced by D-galactose has protective effect, in comparison, the hemp seed and compound hemp seed in improving serum SOD and GSH-PX are alike, the effects of compound hemp seed in improving serum GSH and reducing serum MDA and 8-Isoprostane levels are better than hemp seed,which reflects the synergy compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine.
