Clinical Observation Of Patients With Cerebral Artery Stenting After Yiqijieduhuoxue Treatment

Objective: To discuss the clinical effects and mechanism of Yiqijieduhuoxue treatment for the patients with cerebral artery stenting, and do provide ideas for TCM reducing stent restenosis rate, and do well secondary prevention of cerebrovascular disease.Methods: The 47 patients with cerebral artery stenting who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 23 cases of the treatment group(12 cases of patients with ischemic stroke), 24 cases of the contrast group(13 cases of patients with ischemic stroke). Both groups were given conventional western medicine, the treatment group were treated with traditional chinese medicine named "Simiaoyongan Derived Prescription" to detoxify, Yiqihuoxue. To observe the changes of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein during before treatment and four days after surgery, and the results of blood lipids, TCM symptom score and neurological deficits score of patients with ischemic stroke during before treatment and four weeks after surgery. And then to compare the clinical efficacy.Result: 1. TCM symptom score and NIHSS scores were significantly reduced after four weeks. The treatment group is better than the contrast group in the improvements and efficacy of TCM symptoms, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the improvement of neurological function between the two groups showed no significant difference(P> 0.05). 2. The hs-CRP of two groups 4 days after surgery was significantly higher than before, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); but the treatment group increased degree lower than the contrast group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). 3. The two TC, TG, LDL-C decreased significantly than before, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), HDL-C compared with the previous changes little, there was no significant difference(P> 0.05); after treatment, the treatment group TC was lower than the contrast group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), TG, LDL-C, although lower than the contrast group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05), HDL-C of the two groups were compared, and there was no significant difference(P> 0.05); 4. During treatment, liver and renal function, blood, urine, stool and other routine examination had no obvious abnormalities, and no significant adverse events feedback.Conclusion: The treatment of Yiqijieduhuoxue method can reduce the body’s inflammatory response for the patients with cerebral artery stenting, and to some extent, may help reduce total cholesterol, and may improve TCM symptoms for some of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients after stenting. Also make sure to have no significant adverse events. So the treatment of Yiqijieduhuoxue method to prevent restenosis for the patients with cerebral artery stenting is safe and effective.
