The Analysis Of The Causes Of Poor Curative Effect After The Percutaneous Puncture Vertebral Plasty Treatment In Osteoporotic Compression Fractures

Objective::Clinical observation of percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and discussion of relevant question.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 120 cases from September 2013 to September 2014,which have complete clinical information. All diagnosis as thoracolumbar osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures.Contrast the preoperative and postoperative scores of VAS、cobb angle and compression ratio. Make statistical analysis of the results.Results:120 cases have a 4 to 8 months(average 6.7 months) follow up postoperative.Among them 17 patients postoperative effect is not obvious:6 patients postoperative symptoms not obvious,For patients with thoracic compression fracture, pain to the threat of radiation ribs;5 patients postoperative activities still have lower back pain, patients have obvious history of trauma;Postoperative pain of puncture in 4 patients, patients who have adjustment or bilateral pedicle puncture needle;2 cases of patients with postoperative symptoms, patients with severe osteoporosis and vertebral compression fracture rate more than85%;8 patients during the follow-up period appear adjacent vertebral fractures.Conlusion: PVP treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in curative effect, is for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in a safe and effective treatment. Still has the effect not beautiful, postoperative severe osteoporosis, uneven distribution of bone cement, old fractures, thoracic vertebra fracture, pain to the double ribs radiation effect is not good.
