| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai San combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN), determine the clinical effect of the party for this disease with deficiency of both qi and Yin, blood stasis type, confirmed the advantages of TCM, provide a clinical basis for the further research and exploration.Method:In this study, 60 patients met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were diabetic peripheral neuropathy, according to differentiation of symptoms and signs for deficiency of both qi and Yin, blood stasis type, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group; the two group of control,based on the original diet and exercise, oral hypoglycemic agents and insulin subcutaneous injection on, the treatment group was given Shengmai San combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction,the control group was given Mecobalamin Tablets 0.5mg, three times daily, for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks of treatment, observe the change of symptom integral, blood lipid and glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and EMG examination related to the two groups before and after treatment, statistical analysis.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%, total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%, there was significant difference(p<0.01), the overall effect of treatment group was better than the control group. Improved significantly in patients with symptomatic scores, blood fat and blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin and EMG showed after the treatment, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:Through clinical observation, Shengmai San combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of deficiency of both qi and Yin, blood stasis type in patients with DPN, the comprehensive effect is better than Mecobalamin Tablets group, worthy of further promotion and application. |
