The Clinical Research Of The Treatment On Knee Osteoarthritis In Early And Medium Stage By Angelicae Pubescentis And Loranthi Decoction、Herbal Fumigation Combined With Functional Exercise

Objective:To observe the evaluation of angelicae pubescentis and loranthi decoction as the basic prescription to add and subtract and huoxue analgesic scattered and functional exercise for liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy.Methods: All 120 cases were from March 2013- March 2014 in joint orthopaedic clinic from Shandong province hospital, the random envelope method to 120 cases into treatment group and control group and blank group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group use the angelicae pubescentis and loranthi decoction to add and subtract and huoxue analgesic scattered and functional exercise,the control group adopts huoxue analgesic scattered and functional exercise, the blank group use the glucosamine sulfate capsules to treatment, three groups treatment time for 3 months, follow-up time for 5 months, WOMAC rating scale is used to evaluate the effect of three groups.Results:The three groups after treatment and follow-up before WOMAC questionnaire scores in the process of the treatment were lower(p < 0.01), The treatment group to reduce the most obviously, and the total effective rate in treatment group is better than that of control group and blank group.Conclusion: The angelicae pubescentis and loranthi decoction as the basic prescription to add and subtract and huoxue analgesic scattered and functional exercise therapy for liver and kidney deficiency type of knee osteoarthritis has significant curative effect, the combination of the three treatments can improve the effect of drugs significantly, and enhance the effect,thereby can reduce the pain of KOA patients obviously, alleviate joint stiffness, improve joint function so as to enhance the quality of life of patients.
