The Correlated Analysis Of The TCM Syndrome Types Of Lung Cancerous Fever In The Elderly

Objective: Preliminary explore the distribution of characteristics of the TCM syndro me types of lung cancerous fever in the elderly, and analysis correlatedly the general situati on of the main syndromes and diseases, to explore the lung cancerous fever syndrome feat ures and the regularity of distribution, to provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis a nd treatment.Methods: According to inclusion and exclusion criteria to screen and obtain 60 cases of 65 above lung cancerous fever patients in the health department from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during the period from January 2011 to January 2015.Through the elderly fever analysis observation of the correlation of syndrome types of lung cancer,to collect the data and entry the data to excel to establish a database, using SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis, and analysis correlatedly the main syndrome type of lung cancerous fever in elderly patients with and the main pathological type, TNM stage, temperature, the course of disease.Results:(1) the distribution situation of the TCM syndrome types of the lung cancerous fever : manifestations of a single syndrome(40%), two kinds of syndrome combination(60%);(2) the syndrome types of the lung cancerous fever have 6 TCM syndome types, of qi deficiency syndrome, which accounted for 66.67%, yin deficiency syndrome and accounted for 33.33%, blood deficiency syndrome accounted for 23.33%, blood stasis accounted for 23.33%, damp heat syndrome accounted for 20% and yang deficiency accounted for 3.33%;(3) From the statistics of 6 kinds of syndromes of the 60 cases, the main two syndrome types are the Qi and yin deficiency syndrome types(33.33%), Qi and blood deficiency syndrome type(23.33%), damp heat syndrome type(20.00%), blood stasis syndrome(11.67%) Qi deficiency(6.67%);(4) the mainly syndromes and pathological types of the elderly lung cancer fever, by the statistical analysis, has statistical significance(bilateral P < 0.05),which suggest that the main syndromes types of lung cancer in the elderly fever and was correlation with the major types of pathological.(5) the main syndromes of lung cancer in the elderly fever and TNM stage, by the statistical analysis, has statistical significance(P < 0.05). The main syndromes types of lung cancer in the elderly fever was correlation with TNM staging.(6) the main syndrome type of the lung cancerous fever and the degree of fever, by the statistical.Conclusion:(1)Lung cancerous fever in the elderly is composed by single syndromes and two combined syndromes. The proportion of the two combined syndromes is relatively large.(2) Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, Blood deficiency, Blood stasis and Damp heat syndrome can be seen lung cancerous fever in the elderly.(3) There are five syndromes can be seen in lung cancerous fever in the elderly, which is Qi and yin deficiency syndrome, Qi and blood deficiency syndrome, Damp heat syndrome, Blood stasis syndrome and Qi deficiency syndrome. The proportion of Qi and yin deficiency syndrome is highest. The lowest proportion is Qi deficiency syndrome.(4) Lung cancerous fever in the elderly is mostly caused by the deficiency of the Lung qi, at the same time Damp heat and Blood stasis are one of the important reasons;(5) The common pathological types of lung cancer are adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer.By the statistical analysis, Damp heat syndrome can be seen more in squamous cell carcinoma, Blood stasis syndrome can be seen more in small cell lung cancer, Qi and yin deficiency syndrome can be seen more in adenocarcinoma;(6) Qi deficiency, Blood stasis and Damp heat syndrome mainly are focused on phase I, phase II, Qi and yin deficiency syndrome and Qi and blood deficiency syndrome are more focused on the phase III and phase IV;(7) Through the course of the extension, lung cancerous fever in the elderly present the real cause to the deficiency.
