Zhen Gan Cough Powder Treatment Of Children With Cough Variant Asthma(Liver Depression Fanfei) Clinical Efficacy

Objective: To study was designed to investigate the efficacy of liver-level casual treatment of children cough variant asthma(anger Fanfei type).Method:In this study, children with cough variant asthma in children with anger Fanfei type, divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each treatment group were cough medicine liver-level casual oral, group I montelukast sodium chewable tablets oral treatment, observation two weeks, each observation a course of treatment, and after treatment were observed in clinical efficacy, TCM symptom total score, the primary disease and secondary symptoms scores and serum eosinophil count.Result: The total effective rate was 90% in the control group, the total effective rate was 73%. TCM treatment group total symptom score, improving children with cough, sputum, irritable, chest fullness better than the control group, and can significantly reduce the content of peripheral blood cells eosinophils.Conclusion: The level of cough medicine Zhengan casual treatment of children with cough variant asthma medicine better than montelukast sodium chewable tablets, can significantly improve the symptoms of cough in children, children with lower airway hyper responsiveness and sensitivity, and no significant adverse reactions, higher security.
