| Objective: Observation of Wenzhong Capsule on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(stomach deficiency type) improve clinical symptoms and gastroscope and pathology, to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety that provide scientific theoretical basis for the treatment of CAG to traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 64 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in the treatment group, 32 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given Wenzhong capsule orally, unified crude drug of Wenzhong capsule purchased by the Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, according to the modern capsule production standards, made by the works of TCM dispensary, the specifications for the 0.5g/particle, directions for every time 4, 3time every day. The control group was treated with Weifuchun(provided by Hangzhou Huqingyutang Co.Ltd, the specifications for the 60/box,0.36g/tablet), directions for every time 4, 3time every day. Two groups of patients taking time each to take half an hour before meals, the treatment period was 12 weeks. Detection of two groups of patients with endoscopy and pathology after treatment, analysis of the data, compared with two group of treatment total curative effect, TCM syndrome curative effect, gastroscope, pathological effect.Results:(1)Comparison of the total efficacy: The total effective rate of treatment group was 70.97%, control group was 51.61%, statistically, the difference was statistically significant total effects of the two groups(P < 0.05), the treatment group was superior to the control group.(2)Comparison of therapeutic efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.77%, the control group was 80.65%,there is significant difference(P < 0.05), the treatment group improved the therapeutic efficacy of TCM effect is better than than of control group.(3)Comparison of the curative effect of gastroscope: The treatment group gastroscope efficiency was 80.65%, control group gastroscope efficiency was 61.29%, the differences have statistical significance(P < 0.05), the treatment group is superior to control in improving efficacy of endoscopy.(4)Pathological effect comparison: The treatment group inherent gland atrophy, intestinal metaplasis, dysplasia, inflammation effective rate were 70.97%, 61.29%, 41.18%, 67.74%; the control group were 58.06%, 56.66%, 35.71%, 41.94%, through the statistic analysis, the inherent gland atrophy and inflammation in P< 0.05,the treatment group improved glands atrophy and inflammation is better than that of control group; compared with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, no significant difference in treatment group(P?0.05), it prompted that the treatment group and control group in intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia equivalent efficacy.Conclusion: Wenzhong capsule in the treatment of CAG is significantly better than the control group in improving the overall curative effect, TCM syndromes and symptoms, treatment of the disease has the advantage, Wenzhong capsule can effectively improve the gastroscope, pathology, promote gastric mucosal atrophic lesions recovery; in the process of clinical trials did not find the temperature capsule obvious side effects, clinical medication safety, that is worth further research and promotion. |
