Objective:This paper adopts the more common four equations based on serum creatinine or cystatin C, relevance through the equation calculated GFR comparison with 99 m Tc-DTPA r GFR measured in order to assess the applicability of the equation in chronic kidney disease and further compare the various equations in different causes of chronic kidney disease induced by application value.Methods:Select January 2013 to october 2014 in our hospital Nephrology first time hospitalization parallel 99 m Tc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging of 346 cases of patients with CKD, the equation1~4 calculated GFR values 99 m Tc-DTPA measured GFR(r GFR) compared and analyzed statistically.Results: Showed each equation in GFR and r GFR overall significant correlation(P, 0.001), and the staging of CKD patients have a higher value, but higher than the previous GFR3 GFR1 staging for patients with GFR2 misjudgment GFR4, overall classless analysis Cys C equation 3 and equation 2 r GFR estimated GFR and the best consistency, accuracy and precision equation 3 Cys C were higher than the other equation, but in the subgroup analysis, although there is still some GFR3 value, GFR3 and r GFR still to some extent relevant, but the equation has the advantage over other longer. Chronic nephritis group : GFR2> GFR3> GFR1> GFR4, but found GFR2 pairwise comparisons showed no significant difference with GFR3; diabetic group : GFR3> GFR4> GFR2> GFR1; gout group : four equations were significantly associated with r GFR, GFR3 and GFR1, no statistical difference between GFR2 equation, but better than GFR4; hypertension group : GFR1> GFR2> GFR4> GFR3, and have a low correlation; lupus nephritis group : were significantly correlated fourequations was not statistically differences; polycystic kidney disease groups: four equations are related, were statistically significant, but the four equations and correlation r GFR only slightly stronger than the hypertension group, GFR3> GFR2> GFR1> GFR4.Conclusion:The accuracy and precision of the equation 3 Cys C are better than the previous assessment of GFR equation, and there are better applicability in different stages CKD patients. But the consistency of the limits of the equation there is still insufficient, especially in the hypertensive group, there is a need for further tests, to provide more accurate and suitable for the clinical assessment of renal function.
