Study concluded that:low contract nurses job satisfaction, not at the medium level, the job satisfaction is lower than the formal establishment of nurse; different age, working years, professional title, administrative duties, culture degree, marriage status, departments, the average monthly shift number, average monthly income, personality characteristics, like the degree of nurse work contract nurses satisfaction of different; working years,educational level, marital status, personality characteristics, like degree of nurse job, salary and welfare, working load, and the relationship between colleagues, work recognized the degree of influence of contract nurses job satisfaction, which affect the wages and welfare on the job satisfaction of contract nurses is the most obvious, followed by the character and the work of contract nurses of the matching degree, like the degree of nurse work.In the thorough analysis based on the survey results, combined with the theory, the research on the job satisfaction of public hospitals at the county level to improve the city of contract nurses, improve the nursing management, stable care team, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
