Laparoscope Surgery For The Treatment Of Ectopic Pregnancy And Prognosis Of Favorable Factors

Objective:Depending on the case the treatment process and prognosis of tracking and data analysis, Study medication and different of surgical treatment influence on the prognosis of ectopic pregnancy,discuss laparoscope surgery adapt to the object and the favorable factors and positive impact on prognosis of patients.Methods : Collect the full medical records from 2010.9 to 2013.8 of ectopic pregnancy patients from record room in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. After screening for which after treatment preserve fertility and no other infertility factors of clinical treatment were 67 cases:will be divided into 12 cases of medication, 20 cases of laparotomy, and 35 cases of laparoscope surgery, By which fertility requirements of clinical data analysis,according to patients with surgical, age,pregnancy site, bleeding, and treatment follow-up time and other factors,to analyze,compare and determine their therapeutic efficacy.Results:Surgery to retain reproductive function and fertility requirements and no other infertility factors in 67 patients.Medication patients exclusion of female and male infertility and contraception factors after treatment of fertility requirements in 12 cases, 8 cases of intrauterine pregnancy, the percentage is 66.7%, 2 cases of ectopic pregnancy again, the percentage is 16.7%, 2 cases of no pregnancy, the percentage is 16.7%Laparoscope surgery excluded patients with bilateral tubal removal,female and male infertility and contraception factors after treatment of fertility requirements in 35 cases, 29 cases of intrauterine pregnancy, the percentage is 82.9%, 2 cases of ectopic pregnancy again, the percentage is 5.7%, 4 cases of no pregnancy, the percentage is11.4%,Laparotomy patients exclude bilateral tubal removal, female and male infertility and contraception factors after treatment of fertility requirements in 20 cases, 13 cases of intrauterine pregnancy, the percentage is 65%, 4 cases of ectopic pregnancy again,the percentage is 20%, 3 cases of no pregnancy, the percentage is 15%.In the laparotomy and laparoscope surgery clinical data comparison:age,gestational age and blood h CG two sets of data is relatively similar,P>0.05,not statistically significant.However, in the operative time, blood loss, hospital stay after surgery and laparoscope surgery on postoperative recovery time are better than open surgery,P<0.05,the difference was significant.Laparoscope surgery on the body trauma,surgery time is short, and therefore less bleeding, shorter hospital stay after surgery,recovery is relatively fast. And after laparotomy left abdomen has a more significant incision, instead laparoscope surgery postoperative scar but a small area, the appearance does not look significant, for women patients more acceptable.Conclusion: Through the clinical cases treatment data and prognostic analysis,laparoscope surgery of ectopic pregnancy compared with after medication and laparotomy of pregnancy rates has greatly improved,ectopic pregnancy again is low,and laparoscope surgery than open surgery, trauma surgery, shorter recovery time, less adhesions, postoperative scar is small,for the young 30-year-old patients with fertility requirements,select laparoscope surgery more aggressive and is treatment and prognosis is better.
