| Objective: To explore the market implant surface treatment method and the surgical diversification. There are many kinds of implants surface treatment, two of them were selected, the sandblasted surface treatment material cropping systems was used to make the implant and bone density integration comparison. One is SLA implant system, another one is ZLA implant system.Materials and Methods: The study was from February 2012 to September 2013, totally 10 patients, male patients were eight cases, female patients were two cases, surgical implants were 64, ZLA implant surface treatment was used: 35 SIC implants system were placed; SLA implant surface treatment is the 3I implant system, 29 implants were placed, the age was from 39 to 75. SLA implant surface treatment systems and the ZLA implant system were planted in the same patient with minimally invasive surgical approach. The healing time was three to six months, follow-up observation period was 6 months to 10 months.Result: The Osstell l SQ tester was used to test the results of the integration and adaptation of the bone of ZLA implant surface treatment systems and SLA implant surface treatment systems, and the bone integration and adaptation of its osseointegration. There were no infection, loosening and shedding during the observation period.Conclusion: According to the patient’s bone condition before implant fixation, the appropriate surgical approach and fit the implant surface treatment system were selected, even if the bone condition was poor, the minimally invasive implant surgery and the immediate implant method were used, the same osseointergration can be got. |
