Evaluation Of Plasma Cell Mastitis Features Color Doppler Ultrasonography And Applications In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To analyse the characteristic of plasma cell mastitis then evaluate the diagnostic and treatment value of color doppler ultrasonography for plasma cell mastitis in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:78 cases with plasma cell mastitis in our hospital diagnosed and treatment by pathological examination were reviewed and analyse its characteristics in color doppler ultrasonography scan, including the shape, size, position, etc and clinical staging, Chinese dialectical type of relationship.Results:The findings of color doppler ultrasonography of plasma cell mastitis could be divided into four types, including the catheter dilatation type, the clumps type, the mixed cystic and solid masses type, the abscess type. Plasma cell mastitis clinical course can be divided into acute phase, subacute phase, chronic phase,there are certain ultrasound typing their correspondence.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasonography is helpful for locating and finding focus and has great meaning for clinical diagnose and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Color Doppler ultrasound on the basis of the sonographic signs can provide important reference for clinical information, not only provide the basis for clinical staging, but also for clinical medicine dialectical type, dialectical therapy provide the basis.
