All the data were analyzed based on the age and time group. Then combined with the previous situation based on epidemiological analysis results and recent medical advances with improved quality of life assessment form(QOL-UCC) for July 2011 to June 2014, Daping Hospital, 712 cases of cervical cancer survival quality follow-up investigation, and factors which affect the quality of life in patients with cervical cancer, mainly SPSS18.0 statistical analysis methods include descriptive statistics, two independent samples t-test, ANOVA, chi-square test, correlation analysis, non-parametric tests and ordinal Logistic regression analysis, when P <0.05 when considered significant difference.Results:1. According to the age group, there are 752 patients aged less than 55 years, of whom 489(65.0%) patients come to hospital were complaint as contact bleeding and irregular vaginal bleeding, and 198 cases of patients over 55 years after menopause bleeding in patients with the chief complaint of 129(65.2%), elderly patients often with postmenopausal bleeding treatment, while younger patients are mainly in contact bleeding and irregular vaginal bleeding is more common, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). In addition, 950 cases of patients, the number of pregnancies prolific history(G≥3 times, P≥2 times) 810 cases(85.3%), did not yield(P = 0) 75 visitors(7.9%), there are no maternal cesarean production history of 11 cases(1.2%).2. the comparison of the mean age in the first five years and the next five years: the mean age of the later five years is increased by 2.4 years compared with the first five years(45.1 ± 10.9 years and 47.5 ± 10.3 years, respectively) and increased by 4.5 years compared the national mean age. The mean length of stay in the first five years is decreased by 3.6days compared with the later five years(15.8 ± 11.6 days and 12.2 ± 14.0 days, respectively). The expense for treatments in the first 5 years is increased by 36,000 RMB compared with the later 5 years(30,000± 27,000 RMB and24,000 ± 52,000 RMB, repectively). the number of 526 people undergoing surgery(72.2%) increase over the previous five years, 62(28.5%) of patients five years after treatment of patients with age of menarche(14.1 ± 1.9 years) than in patients with the previous five years(14.4 ± 1.8 years) have in advance, patients with early cervical cancer was found after treatment compared to the situation five years(78.2%) the proportion of the previous five years(33.5 per cent) increase, and sources of medical expenses paid by the previous five years mainly by increased development expense reimbursement to Medicare, more than a statistically significant difference(P <0.05).3. July 2011 to June 2014 statistics complete 291 cervical cancer patients scale investigation showed: 1), the quality of the classification of cervical cancer survival rates were analyzed and compared Tip: education practitioners, the current condition, economic situation, the cleanliness, there is a difference between whether the sex life comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); 2), the patient’s response to the scale of the physical condition, mental situation, social functions carried out between joie de vivre, the negative effects of five dimensions correlation matrix analysis shows the correlation between the variables, the combined effect of the overall quality of life in patients with cervical cancer rates; 3),Logistic regression analysis by younger(<35 years) and older adults(> 55 years) compared with middle-aged patients with good quality of life; practitioners choose to continue or restore their quality of life higher than the unemployed after treatment; patients with high education level than the low level of education of good quality of life of patients may be related to more rational face of disease; treatment accept only the best quality of life in patients with surgery, while patients who received only radiation therapy and chemotherapy, the survival of the poorest quality; the patient recovered after treatment of the patients did not survive life than sex good quality4. By phone or cervical cancer patients discharged from hospital outpatient follow-up found that 712 people, of which there are 68(9.6%) had died, 35 people(4.9%) refused to follow-up, mainly caused by the patient’s own illness and therefore do not know their families do not want to accept follow-up, I cannot contact family members said, to privacy and conflict or other unknown reasons for follow-up, there are three people(0.004%) during follow-up due to their own factors and some unknown factors and give follow-up 315 people(44.2%) due to the phone down, replace the number or house demolition, relocation and other reasons, he failed to get in touch.Conclusion:1. The clinical characteristics of cervical cancer varies according to the age group, The prevention strategy of cervical cancer should be designed according to different age group. should be divided into age groups to develop prevention and control measures should be strengthened for young patients contact bleeding population screening, and elderly patients should pay attention to postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. Strengthening health education and universal access to knowledge, improve female self-care awareness, regular physical examination, early detection of cervical lesions, prompt treatment is important.2. The QOL-UCC has been improved, this newly designed scale implement the potential factors affecting the life quality of patients with cervical cancer, including specific economic conditions, living habits, spouse, smoking, referral, etc., and expenses, clinical pathology, treatment methods were properly modified so that survey content tends to be more comprehensive and reasonable reference value.3. The adjusted treatment and review its the Medicare reimbursement; confident select individualized treatment programs reach only prolong its life cycle and improve the quality of treatment for patients after treatment to help them restore social functions to guide patients to create a restore sexual life are help improve the quality of life of patients.4. The establishment of national or regional cancer patient database, complete follow-up and referral mechanisms to maintain a good relationship with cancer patients and their families, always understand the living conditions of the patient, to give targeted health guidance and counseling, supervise and provide timely review help, in order to improve the overall quality of life in patients with cervical cancer target.
